Creates an incident, maintenance window or report with a title, status, timing, affected resources and optional notifications.

Body

Errors

Only the errors this operation can return. Every error uses the same envelope.

Status	Code	Meaning
400	`bad_request`	The request is malformed or fails validation.
404	`not_found`	The requested resource does not exist or is outside the caller's scope.
403	`permission_denied`	The credentials do not permit this action.
409	documented response	`idempotency_key_conflict`: the `Idempotency-Key` was already used with a different request body; `idempotency_replay_unavailable`: the stored response can no longer be replayed for this credential or resource, refresh the state instead of retrying with a new key.
