The product · one feature set, three volumes

Everything we built, in every plan.

Most monitoring pricing works like an airline: the seats are all the same, the fees are the product. Our pricing has one variable — volume: checks sent, monitors watched, nothing else. This page is the entire product. None of it is an upsell.

Monitors up to 50100 included500 included
Checks metered — pay for what you send20 million a month included (€180 on the meter)66 million a month included (€600 on the meter)
And top up from €10 — credit never expiresone predictable line on the invoiceclient accounts + white-label

What doesn’t
10-second checks from the first euro, no enterprise tier
Unlimited seats we do not bill you per colleague
Status pages public, subscribable, custom domain + SSL
12 alert channels Slack to PagerDuty
Escalation & on-call rotations, overrides, it climbs until acked
Playbooks shared steps during incidents
Cron & heartbeat monitoring your nightly jobs, expected on time
Reports & exports SLA evidence, CSV to PDF
API + signed webhooks documented, keys in minutes
EU hosting German infrastructure, DPA included

The one honest exception: client accounts and white-label ship with Agency — because running other people’s monitoring is a different shape of business, not because PDF exports deserve a paywall. Everything else is on the board above, on every plan, priced by volume alone.

FAQ

Fair questions about the single row

Is any feature paywalled?
No. Plans price volume — monitors and checks — not capability. The one structural exception is the agency layer (client accounts, white-label), which ships with the Agency plan because managing other companies’ monitoring is a different shape of business. Status pages, playbooks, on-call, reports, API: all of it is on every plan, including pay as you go at €3 a month.
Do higher plans check faster?
No. 10-second checks are available from the first euro. On pay as you go each check is simply metered; on flat plans checks draw from the included budget (Team 20 million a month, Agency 66 million). Speed is never the upsell — the interval picker is the same on every plan.
What is the difference between Team and Agency, really?
Volume and the client layer. Agency includes 500 monitors and a 66-million-check budget instead of 100 and 20 million, plus client accounts with hard data partitioning, white-label reports and client share links. If you do not answer for other people’s uptime, Team is the right buy — the calculator says so itself.
Where is the free plan?
There isn’t one, on purpose — free tiers are quiet funding problems, and monitoring must not have one. Instead: 15 trial days with everything unlocked and €3 of real credit, no card. A five-monitor fleet on 60-second checks costs €3 a month after that. The honest arithmetic is here.
Is there an API?
Yes — the same API the product itself runs on. Create monitors, read check results, manage status pages and pull reports; webhook deliveries are signed. API keys take a minute to create, and the docs are public.
Where does it run?
German infrastructure in the EU. Checks come from published egress IPs with an honest user agent, and a signed DPA (AVV) for your client contracts is a download, not a sales call.
