The product · one feature set, three volumes

Everything we built, in every plan.

Most monitoring pricing works like an airline: the seats are all the same, the fees are the product. Our pricing has one variable — volume: checks sent, monitors watched, nothing else. This page is the entire product. None of it is an upsell.

15 alert channels Slack to PagerDuty
Escalation & on-call rotations, overrides, it climbs until acked
Playbooks shared steps during incidents
Scheduled job monitoring your nightly jobs, expected on time
Reports & exports SLA evidence, CSV to PDF

Client accounts and white-label are available on every plan. Agency packages the monitor and check volume that client work usually needs; capability itself is not the upsell. Plans are priced by volume.

FAQ

Fair questions about the single row

Is any feature paywalled?
No. Plans price volume — monitors and checks — not capability. Client accounts, white-label, status pages, playbooks, on-call, reports and API are available on every plan, including pay as you go. Exactly one thing is counted rather than simply included: custom domains for status pages — Team includes one, Agency ten, and pay as you go adds them from the wallet at €2 a month each.
Do higher plans check faster?
No. A 10-second interval is available on every plan, but it is not unlimited usage. Pay as you go meters every monitor-region execution and supports up to 50 monitors. Team supports up to 100 monitors and 20 million checks a month; Agency up to 500 and 66 million. At 100% of a flat-plan budget, creating or resuming monitors, shortening intervals and adding regions waits for the next UTC calendar month or an upgrade.
What is the difference between Team and Agency, really?
Volume. Agency includes 500 monitors, a 66-million-check budget and ten custom domains instead of 100, 20 million and one. Both can use client accounts, hard data partitioning, white-label reports and share links; Agency is simply sized for doing that across more clients. The calculator shows the break point.
Where is the free plan?
There isn’t one, on purpose — free tiers are quiet funding problems, and monitoring must not have one. Instead: a trial with every released feature and €3 of real credit, no card required. Its runway depends on usage and the monthly minimum and is visible in the product. The honest arithmetic is here.
Is there an API?
Yes — the same API the product itself runs on. Create monitors, read check results, manage status pages and pull reports; webhook deliveries are signed. API keys take a minute to create, and the docs are public.
Where does it run?
German infrastructure in the EU. Checks come from published egress IPs with an honest user agent, and a signed DPA (AVV) for your client contracts is a download, not a sales call.
