What your clients see

One identity for the service you deliver.

Status pages under your brand

Your colours and logo, a custom domain and optional removal of up4 branding. Components, incidents and updates keep clients informed.

Reports with your agency identity

Your agency name, logo and colours appear on client reports and their public views. A fixed report version stays available through its share link and as a PDF.

A workspace for each client

Monitors, incidents, status pages and reports stay assigned to their client. Work from one overview and share only the relevant client view.

Public examples · no sign-in

A report you can actually open.

The PDF uses the real up4 report export with a fictional agency identity. The HTML reading view contains the same example data. Inspect the logo, headline figures and per-website reporting for yourself.

All organisations and measurements in these examples are fictional. They do not demonstrate up4 or customer uptime. Reports are currently produced in English.

Alongside it: status for your clients.

A public example page illustrates branding, service states and an incident timeline. Its data is frozen; it does not report current operational status.

FAQ

What is included, and where are the limits?

Do I need the Agency plan for white-label?
No. White-label reports and client workspaces are available on every plan, including the trial. A status page’s own white-label toggle is included on Team and Agency, and €10 per page a month on pay as you go and the trial. PAYG starts at a €3 monthly minimum, Team at €19 and Agency at €49. Plans determine monitor counts, check budgets, history and included custom domains. See all plan limits.
How many custom domains are included?
Team includes one custom domain; Agency includes ten. PAYG custom domains cost €2 each per month. A verified status-page domain can also serve report links without using a second domain allowance. Each organisation selects one domain for report links; individual status pages can have different custom domains.
Are the email sender and dashboard white-label too?
Client reports and status pages carry your brand. The technical email sender remains up4; a custom sending domain is not included. Your internal working dashboard also remains up4. The report is delivered as a link, not a PDF attachment.
Can reports be produced in German?
Exported reports are currently in English. This website is available in English and German; status pages support custom translations.
Is up4 cheaper than UptimeRobot?
For the example of 500 monitors at 60-second intervals, up4 Agency costs €49/month; UptimeRobot Scale with 500 monitors costs €179 on monthly EUR billing. That is about 73% lower plan cost. Basis: 30 days, one region, 21.6 million scheduled checks. The packages differ in other limits and features; see sources and details in the full comparison.
